This is the oar lock you've been waiting for. The cobra's wide horns have greater load area for much less stress on the oar-lock horns and increased durability. The elongated, oval opening allows for an additional 10-15 degrees of vertical range while keeping your oars snug in the locks. Made of a specially formulated bronze alloy for superior strength and proven by professionals throughout the world. Deluxe models are threaded with a lock-nut keeper to reduce play. The 12" Oar Pin and Clip Set is for folks who want a higher pivot point for their oars. When you want your oars held firmly in the vertical position - even in the biggest whitewater, you'll need pins and clips. A molded rubber safety bumper on top prevents injury. Replaceable PVC bushings protect pin and clip from wear. Powdered coated steel clip attach to the oar with two heavy-duty stainless steel hose clamps. Oar stirrups are recommended to prevent oars from getting away during tough maneuvers.

Counter balance your oars without buying new ones! These 4 lb. steel sleeves slide easily over the end of the oar, fasten securely to the shaft anywhere you want and are completely removable. This river tool is fully adjustable and will enable you to offset the weight of the oar outside your oarlocks. You can custom adjust these weights for multiple rowers, personal preferences, or for different rowing conditions. These will definitely save some wear and tear on the arms over the course of a long day (or week) on the water. Sleeves are secured to the oar with three 1/4"-20 x 1/2" length nylon pan head screws. Ideal for oars longer than nine feet.
