| Tent stow bags are simply longer canoe stow bags. They are longer to accommodate any length of tent pole. Often it is not possible to break camp with a dry tent. For this reason a tent bag makes great sense. This bag helps keep your damp tent away from your other dry goods. Stow bags are all made with 18 oz PVC coated polyester fabric. Smaller stow bags are intended to be used in canoes and kayaks for storage, or on rafts to replace ammo cans. They have a handy grommet in the bottom of a flat seam. With this system the bag can be hung upside down on a "chicken line" in the front of the boat away from the boatman. This makes them easy to get into, and the water drains away from the closure. |
