The Oar Pin system is for folks who want a higher pivot point for their oars. When you want your oars held firmly in the vertical position - even in the biggest whitewater, you'll need pins and clips. A molded rubber safety bumper on top prevents injury. Replaceable PVC bushings protect pin and clip from wear. Powdered coated steel clip attach to the oar with two heavy-duty stainless steel hose clamps. Oar stirrups are recommended to prevent oars from getting away during tough maneuvers.
